Biography:
Morena Baccarin was born on June 2, 1979 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She moved to New York with her family at the age of 10. In 1996, she entered the theatre program at the Juilliard School. She has worked in the theatre, most notably in the Central Park production of Anton Chekhov’s “The Seagull”. In 2002, she landed the role of Inara Serra in the television series Firefly.
