The NBC talent competition series American Song Contest is searching for the singer with the best original song and eight of the 56 contestants in season one are already famous.
In the U.S. version of the international megahit, American Song Contest is featuring live original musical performances, representing all 50 states, five U.S. territories and our nation’s capital, competing to win the country’s vote for the Best Original Song.
During the first five weeks, the 56 contestants performed their songs and the competition was narrowed down to the Top 22, who made it to the semi-finals.
